Hi,
I'm looking to buy something from this site, the problem I have is I emailed them last week to ask a question and they haven't replied, also they claim to have friendly and knowledgeable staff, but no phone number.
Anyone had any experience or heard of them?
Thanks

I saw an item I wanted for a good price on the Kitchen Arts website, but perhaps their price is too good to be true.
And I am wary of online companies that don't publish their address and phone number - 'contact' is simply an online form.
So I'll keep looking for now.0 -
If you look at the returns policy it doesn't state Kitchen Arts, it states Heathfields
Which wouldn't be a problem if Heathfields was a decent company but after looking on this site I wouldn't waste my money

Hi, i made the mistake of ordering before checking the website for a contact number
I have not received a confirmation of my order and payment after several requests
After emailing them all you get is what appears to be an automatically generated email which is the same everytime and does not answer your questions
I have requested a refund and got another automatic email
I don't expect to see my money again
If i get any response i will repost on this thread0 -
Please could everyone a victim of potential fraud by Kitchen Arts:
1. file a report with actionfraud.police.uk and you will receive a crime reference number. This means the police are aware and will slowly investigate.
2. email me at: kitchenartsfraud@gmail.com
Let me know your crime reference number - thanks.
You do not need to tell me any personal information, the crime reference number is private and confidential but will contain all the necessary information. Only the police can view the information contained within.
I will collate all and send to the Police again, HSBC fraud department - their bank and if necessary a solicitor specialising in consumer fraud.
DO NOT DO NOTHING, WAITING IN HOPE FOR YOUR GOODS OR A REFUND - if they are legit, neither the Police or HSBC will harm their business AND YOUR GOODS WILL ARRIVE but if they are criminals then the quicker the police and HSBC take action the quicker they will be apprehended and prevented from inflicting their crime of others.
thanks

I was interested in an item they had for sale, but it was too good to be true and almost certainly was.
BEWARE! BEWARE!!
BANK TRANSFER payment was the only option they provided and clearly suggests a scam to me. They do not have the usual credit/debit card facility for payments. I would only buy using a credit card. It's one of the safest methods of payment on the net.
I hope this helps.0 -
Damnnn!! That means I was been cheated too! I bought an item which was cheaper than any other online shop, it has been 11 days until now I didn't received my item. Was email them and only got an automatic message but no reply!0

and now the website cannot be opened anymore!!!0

I've now followed the advice from the previous posts and reported it to Action Fraud and Citizens Advice Bureau.
Their email addresses no longer work, the website is no longer live.
I did leave a phone message on their line this morning but doubt I'll get a response.
Argh!0 -
I've been done too! I feel so stupid! I'm going to do what the previous posts have said to do, and report it. Tried emailing today and they were sent back.0

Damn! I did the same thing to buy goods on that website. Their email address is not in use anymore.
I made a report on the actionfraud.
Anybody has further information about this?0
