Yeh I posted that what you do is text to one of the free numbers like 21500 or another which i can't remeber i think 86555 and then you can text free to others for 24 hours and you can use gprs free for 30 days and u have the downloads etc

why not just use up the free credit. There's no time limit so just use it whenever you run out of credit on your other sim.

some1's replyed and said it dont work now as people were taking nubers off eay and doing it that way.... what ever that means.

hang on i've got a list somewhere from a couple of years ago when i used to run some of these. basically depending on the company you can get up to 75% of the call sms costs

This is something I've pondered over for a long time, but obviously it's a bit of a faff for everyone to do individually and there'll no doubt be set-up costs and regulatory issues, so it's not worth it for the sake of a few quid.

I'm waiting for someone to set up a co-operative along the lines of Quidco, so that we can all text a premium rate SMS and be rewarded with a decent level of cashback (along the lines of SMStreats but more generous).

If this ever comes about, be sure to let me know.
