Just returned from EU, need a mortgage with small upfront fees and no early repayment fees. Should I contact a broker?
I have very little expertise so all help would be appreciated.

See if any friends/family in your area can recommend one, you cannot beat a recommendation locally.
Given your mortgage size, you can expect to pay the broker a fee also.
Your questions are pragmatic and sensible, although do not be driven by the overall product fee alone. Factor in all costs and remember the product fee can be added to the loan.
Have a chat with a decent broker and they will certainly hold your hand through the process.
All the bestI am a Mortgage Broker
