I am eligable for fees reimbursement

Options
A few years ago we changed our mortgage deal but stayed with the same lender, are we still eligable for a reimbursement of the £250 'admin fee' we paid even though we haven't changed lenders?
thanks
Jill

Why post a subject "I am eligable (sic) for fees reimbursement" if you actually mean "Am I ... ?" ?

As Dunstonh said, there's nothing illegal about product switch fees (or any other product-related fees, for that matter).
