missing shortfall, help

Hi im just making sure as i can all debts included on br form, got up to date info from credit file. Everything i thought there was is there except mortgage. the house was repossessed last yr and sold early april. i know there will have been a shortfall of apprx 30000, it was a joint mortgage with my very ex. on my credit file after the missed payments it says satisfied account closed. i have called mortgage works for info but all they will say is the account is closed, what do i do if i cant find out what has happened to the shortfall for br form

    If you are sure it's been sold, I would just enter it under the unsecured debt section with an approximate figure. At least that way it's on the form.

    You can also use the extra info section at the back of the forms to do a bit off explaining if you feel you need to.

    Once BR, the OR/trustee will write to MW and make their own enquires as to where it stands.
