Limit to number of mobiles recycled by Tesco?

I seem to recall reading on here that there was a maximum number of five mobiles that could be recycled per clubcard account per year.
I couldn't find any mention of this on the envelopes. Can anyone confirm whether there is a limit.
I couldn't find anything by doing a search on here, but I'm not the best searcher in the world.

I still can't find any mention of a limit to the number of mobiles that one can recycle.
I've sent off four non working ones, but now I've found four that do work. I obviously don't want to send them off if I won't get the points for them.0 -
I've been wondering about this as well. The link above is out of date re the number of Tesco points. I'm sure the previous envelopes used to have a maximum number of mobiles you could recycle written on them. The current envelopes don't have a restriction & I can't see anything stated on here.0

I emailed and asked for envelopes but I haven't heard anything - this was about a month ago.If you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying anything at all.0

Yep, I emailed them about a month ago requesting an envelope too, still not heard.
Can I take mine into a Tesco Extra store without an envelope instead?0 -

You don't need an envelope - see Tesco's website for details:

Nobody in customer services seems to have any idea whether the "5 per account" cap is still on - I've had 3 different answers. Also points are taking ages to be credited - officially it is supposed to be "within 6 weeks" but I posted 4 off in early/mid-Jan and still haven't had the points credited yet. According to Tesco , there is "a problem" with the volume of phones and printer cartridges being sent in.0
