:mad: :mad: my wife and i went in to lloyds tsb 2 years a go to get a loan for 10k i could not get a loan because i was working (so they said ) but my wife got Working Family Tax Credit so she could have it also they said she had to take the insurance out even though she was not working the ins is £48 a month her we no longer receice the benefit which the the was based on that as an income, and we have been into the bank and ask them if we can stop the ins but unfortunately computer says NO
