Will we qualify for a mortgage

Hi there,
Myself and my partner are looking to buy our first home. We have savings of 17k and no outstanding debt.
My partner's income is £18,500 p.a
My income is £10,000 p.a
We have a house in mind which we can buy for 65k & are looking to put at least 13k down as a deposit but this may decrease to 10k, depending on the work that needs doing to the house.
Will we be able to get a mortgage & any ideas of mortage cost per month?
Many thanks in advance for any help.

Yes, subject to credit score et. you will easily get a mortgage.
Cost will be dependent upon your circumstances, lender, term of mortgage.
There are mortgage caluclators on here, or see a broker to go through the process with you.
Given the loan size, do expect any broker to expect a fee.I am a Mortgage Broker
