Well yes the waistcoats arrived at 8.15am on Friday morning, 6 with ivory backs and 1 with a white back. oh yes and a wide variety of sizes.
The CEO had gone on holiday and left his PA in charge, chased them Friday morning and they had someone drive down from Glasgow to North Wales with the correct ones, arrived here around 10.30pm on Friday and also 2no arrived by courier Sat am.
So all was sorted in the end, and a full refund due. I have since found out the PA is getting married in Nov so I'm guessing that got me onside aswell.
It would have been interesting to see what would have happened had I not got in touch with the CEO

So glad you got your suits/waistcoats sorted but their initial service was appalling - Hope you had a grand day!
