If you have trouble using one browser with a survey site, try another.
I use opera on Ipsos and it always lets me do the video surveys.
Another survey site will only let me use IE because it uses active X controls and requests for them to be installed via IE.
It could be IE puts a little message at the top for you to install active X but if you dont click the little message it wont continue(It is a little thin line along the top wtih Active X install or something written on it).
I just today got my second £10 worth of vouchers from Ipsos since joining in November. They do take a while to arrive, the last one took a month and this one was 3 weeks.0 -

I think they send them out in batches once a month as I only ordered mine a week ago and it arrived this morning. It's just luck if you happen to order close to posting day lol.0 -

i've e-mailed them about this before. apparently they send them out in the first week of every month so the best time to order would be towards the end of the month if you want to receive them quickly.2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89

keely.
you don't sign up for it as such. sometimes at the end of the survey it will say that they are looking for people to test the product and would you like to take part in the test. Then you just fill in your name and address and you'll get sent the product. I've had quite a few products to test for them, testing one at the moment in fact2008: £783.12 - 2009: £6,401.15 - 2010: £4,230.61 - 2011: £8720 - 2012: £2,041.89
