Well ive sent the letter to them today offering a pro rata payment of £12.37 per month so fingers crossed! Are they likely to just reject this or has anyone had any success with such low payments?0

You can get cashback if you sign up through quidco or pigsback too!
Don't forget that the three credit reference agencies hold different selections of information about you so get them all to be clear about your position. Click here for Martin's article about credit ratings and here for which lenders use which agencies.

Ok well i just checked with Annual Credit Report and currently both the accounts are showing as just defaults, so not CCJ yet.
I think I best write to Cahoot aswell then and offer them the remainder of my offer on a pro rata basis and hopefully they will both accept them!
I would be really pleased to hear from anyone who has had low offers like £12 and £20 accepted by them as this is all I can offer currently and it would make me feel a whole lot better knowing that someone else has been in this situation!?0 -
It has now been nearly a month since i sent letters to my creditors and i havent heard anything from them. Does anyone know if this is what to expect or should i write to them again?
