    No, 53% either get just the interest paid off, or have to put towards the interest not met. Depends on the interest rate on the mortgage. 80% of all claimants get at least 80% paid off (with many of those 80% getting more than 100% interest paid).

    I do admire someone who can state it's not fair that someone already getting support to keep them in their homes has to put a bit of their own money towards the product THEY bought.

    It's honestly what I like about this forum....I just couldn't imagine someone suggesting putting some of their own money into their mortgage isn't fair....but this forum and it's users really challenge your thoughts at times, and sometimes really surprise you.
