Form Filling - Bankruptcy

My husband is going BR on Thursday this week. Just filling in form for court, and under list of unsecured creditors do we list water, gas, electricity, mobile phone and council tax. We are not in arrears, they are paid monthly, so do we still list them? Or should we ask them to put the utilities in my name?

I am confused, any help would be appreciated.:)

no if you dont have any arrears on the utilities and you intend to continue with them then dont put them down

You can carry these utilities now you do not have arrears but its possible to have these things with you.

Doesn't matter if you don't list them anyway even if you were in arrears. Due to a mix up a couple of years ago I had some water arrears but was catching up monthly by paying a higher monthly standing order. After BR the water company closed my old account and opened a new one and had taken the arrears into BR all having been contacted by the OR so I am now paying a lower monthly payment so I hadn't listed it or anything but it all got sorted.
