I received the same response and my reply was:
Hello,
I did speak with the manager at Tesco and they said it's their policy not to accept internet vouchers. You'll find others will have the same problem when trying to redeem theirs.
Their reply was:
We're terribly sorry to hear about your troubles. We will be looking into this matter. Thanks.

Couldn't get my printed voucher accepted in Sainsbury but I paid for the Activia anyway as I wanted some. Took my voucher to Tesco that same evening and they acccepted it even though I hadn't bought the item. Used two other printed vouchers at the same time (from GMTV site) and got my shopping almost for free.
Would have felt guilty using Activia voucher without purchase but as I had allready paid for the stuff in Sainsbury I was happy I hadn't defrauded Danone.0 -
I used my voucher in Sainsbury's this morning without any problems.0

My voucher which was just the same as this one was refused at a Tesco in North Wales. They said they'd need to see the orginal - I asked them if they wanted me to bring the computer screen in????ilovefreegle.org - give it away don't throw it away0 -
Well I made a point of asking the manager in Tesco's ( this is the Worcester store ) today and she told me that they will accept them. So I'm assuming the fact that the Iceland store ( in Worcester ) isn't taking them is down to some other issue they have had with coupons recently.
It might be helpful if someone kept an updated list of which stores , in which locations, will take them!
I'll start you off...
Worcester; Iceland - No, Tesco's - Yes!0 -
