Well say youve got the razor, and you tell your mum about it and recommend it etc, so then you do a report on her. Then you tell your friend exactly the same, then you do a report on her too. So although youve told two people about the same razor you put in two reports because theyre different people and they like to know the conversation etc to get more points. HTH

So does my mum for instance have to join buzz or not and where do i do this report on my home page ?

The kit you get when you register is just some stickers and telling you in a bit more detail about being a buzz agent.
Your points go up by the more reports on a campaign you do, and how detailed they are. To begin with use lose points for entering a campaign but you get them back when it finishes, as with reports per campaign too.
Also you gain a few more points f you do their surveys. They'll be in your home page survey link.

No she doesnt have to join, no one has to join who you buzz, youre just spreading the word about a product, ie the razor, being a buzz agent means they want you to tell people what you think of a product, hopefully that its good, and then reporting back to buzz when youve told someone. If you read the info on the buzz home page it does tell you in a bit more detail about what they want you to do and how to do it.

Right ive just done a report my mum and sister as i showed them and told them all about the razor is that correct i put in the report what i said etc ? You know the razor and other items we have to try do we have to do another report just to say what we thought off the item or is the report to a friend family and thats all ? Thanks for your help manda

You just have to report the conversations that you have about the razor (or whatever the item it).
