I have just signed up to this, have been invited to join the nectar campaign.. prob is that I don't have a nectar card!! How often fo new campaigns come up?

I didn't have a Nectar card so I just applied for one online before signing up for the Bzz campaign. They give you a card number straight away and this is all Bzz require from you.0 -
I was just wondering with the Nectar card, is this a credit card or a points card??
