this just happened to me aswell. i have always had 3 or 5 points but i had a report which i had written in the same way as all the others and got a 1. i have emailed about it but have not heard anything back.
The only difference i can think of is that i submitted 2 reports on the same day???????:mad:

if everyones getting only one point hopefully there is a fault with the marking,otherwise there is no point in putting all that effort into writing them,hope you both get it sorted.

gempink, I submitted 2 reports on the same day too but have not had a response to the 2nd one yet, I am still waiting on it. It will be interesting to see how many points I get for that! Di you get 1 point for each of the reports? When did you email them querying your points? x

This happened to me too, 2 reports on the same day last week, and only got 1 point each. i sent an e-mail saying I was upset and could they tell me what i could have done better. They replied saying sorry, but they made a mistake on both reports and they should have had 3 each.:T

I got a 1 report the other day so emailed them & they changed it to a 3, maybe it's a glitch in the system then with us all doing the same? It's nothing to do with submitting more than one report a day as I do loads a day if I can.

for those that did the dolce gusto campaign earlier in the year, i know many people were after unsweetened latte and decaf, well i have just notice both on their online shop, both say for a limited time, i know it's an expensive way to buy as you have to pay p&p but gd if people haven't spent thier bonus points yet, hopefully this means they will be in the shops soon !!

Sainsbury no longer have the offer on the 8 packs of activia as I went there today. They have the packs of 4 on offer - 2 for £3. The pack of 8 is £2.88.

No reply from Bzz regarding the low value of the coupons still!!!

They don't seem very organised do they!!!

I must say i thought they were lovely but seeing all the deals asda do on other yoghurts these are quite expensive. I think it puts a few people who are finding things hard going at the mo off these.
