Hi RachyB,if you go to your bzz agent home page and you got to agent training it will explain it all to you,its a bit daunting at first but you soon get the hang of it,also in your activia bzz kit that you got there is a card showing an example of a good bzz report.Basically you tell people about the product and you see what their reaction is,then you go to the Activia campaign and report what happened,who you told,where you were,what was said,if they liked the sound of the product,how long the conversation lasted etc,then submit the report to them.Hope that helps.Do that every time you tell anyone about Activia even if they are negative about it.

Got my activia pack today so looking forward to trying it and telling people

Does anyone else find they are getting less quality credits than b4?

I submitted 2 reports and only got 1 quality credit each, my score only went up by 1/2? will be impossible to move up a tier at this rate

I was on tier two then got knocked down to tier one, and I put in 3 reports which i got 3 points each for, but it STILL wasn't enough to move back up to tier two! I don't think they have added the points correctly.

Got my activia vouchers on Saturday and will go and buy some of it later today.

I have found this but its my second campaign and I think they divide the points between the amount of campaigns you have done,but what happens when you have done loads.

They divide the points by how many campaigns you have done I think. I got 9 points added recently but only went up 1 point. So the more you do, the less points you get. Bit of a strange way to go about things really.

So the longer you are an agent and the more campaigns you do the harder it is to move up a tier? It seems you are working harder for no recognition

Their scoring system is all wrong - extremely unfair that they are taking something away that we have worked hard to get. The points should just be added to our totals not divided then added as they are worth hardly anything by the time they have done that. If an employee of Bzz is reading this board please sort out the way that you add points!!!!
