for some reason i only got 1 point for my last 3 reports - i dont understand why as they are just the same as the ones i usually get 3 for

and i have been knocked down from tier 3 to tier 1

I have only ever been given 3s for reports never got a 5,logged in today and I am now on tier 2 with reports pending so when they are reviewed looks like ill be tier 3,didnt expect that,not that im complaining,its just a strange system.
