Guess that answers a few questions

after reading that you have to either print off that book, or even worse go buy it yourself from a shop I have reported seriousely negative buzz I mean if they send you a book you can read in your spare time thats one thing but if the author has to resort to this to get anyone to buy his books...

totally put off that book and the author.

looking forward to the yogurt though.

This was posted last year, i expect they will send out the same again. The Activia yoghurts are on offer in Sainsburys.

Last year there was a problem with the coupons. They expired before most people had a chance to go and buy them to do the trial!!
