I dont think this is very fair, I know we get free products from them, but we do have to Bzz and report back etc and now we are not even getting answers to our questions or quality points for our reports, just want someone to explain what is happening, surely they are suffering becuase not a lot of us in the UK are going to send in reports if they just go down a black hole and you get no acknowledgement for them. Can we phone them does anyone know ?0 -
theres a phone number on the contact us part of the homepage, but i think its just a general office number and they may not have access to account specific queries.
could be worth a try i guess. im going to wait and see if i get an email reply yet though. at least we know its affected quite a few of us and it isnt just me! then id be worried!What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0 -
Just a thought but perhaps do a Bzz report asking about the problems? You can include me in not doing any more reports until we find out what's going on.
I moved up to tier 2 before the appletiser campaign and I got the early appletiser campaign invite. So, the usual -5 points was taken off for being part of a new campaign and not submitting a report. This moved me back down to tier 1. I then did a report, it was reviewed and I got 3 points but i've not had any points credited so am now still on tier 1 - hardly fair !!!! Not going to waste my time submitting more reports if I don't get my points back ! :mad::jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
