I have had reports reviewed got 3 points for each (per the email) but even though the points have gone on they haven't as such. Let me see if it will C&P over so you can see what I mean

So the 3 points per report have been added & are included in the 21 but the score at the bottom is wrong - 14 + 34 + 32 + 39 + 35 + 21 = 175
Divide by 6 (number of Campaigns) = 29.1

Just looked and it is still saying that upgrades depend on points. I submitted a report on Wednesday and got 3 points.

Although I was awarded 3 points for a report I just checked and I don't think it has been added. When I got into history to see my reports they all show zero points so it's difficult to see what I should be on. I've just emailed BZZ about it and also to see why I've not been invited to recent trials even though I have an early invite and am on Tier 2. Let's see what they say!
