Has anyone any ideas why my quality score has gone down from 3 to 1.5?

I have 3 reports pending since 20 april

they deduct points if you start a new campaign and then you get them back after submitting feedback plus more points.

in the fruitabu campaign i submitted 12 reports which got me 25 particpation points and 18 qualitypoints for that campaign alone. everytime the word fruitabu came out of mine or someone else's mouth i told them by submitting a report. just told my best friend about this new campaign and reported that too. thats the point, they want to see how people talk about the product, if you only input one report it gives the impression you spoke about it only once. if your OH says them fruitabu are nice, i fancy some, i tell them. thats one report. daughter says i cant open the packet. thats another report. you get points for every report .

Is it possible to move up a tier after one campagne or is it quite a hard thing to do? All these Q's lol just nice to understand and know what we all have to do

I too have signed up to the Razor trial - my first Bzz campaign.

I have just signed up as well - comes in handy for the summer hols - hope it has improved from last year.

I believe you will have to do a couple of campaigns in order to move up a tier. As you need both Participation Score and Quality Score to be high enough to move to next tier. So you might not get enough surveys to move up a tier after just doing one campaign.

If that makes sense
