I got one voucher this morning, has anyone had both of their vouchers yet?

They seem to have messed up, All my 400 points from first registering have nowgone, yet I only got one voucher, so surely I should have 250 points left??

What are other peoples experiences of the dolce-gusto site, with points etc?

M Fruitabu came today as well-grabbed it from postie on way out with hubby to buy pet chickens-dont ask!!! I tried the apple crisps with blackcurrent and thought they were really nice but hubby hated them-didnt like the bitter taste

Fruitabu samples came today, Mrs Mack had scoffed two packets before I even got home!

at last a trial! just had the fruitabu one, good job I checked as had no email.

Was gutted I missed the coffee one

Bit confused by your problem as free voucher is over and above the points on the Dolce Gusto site, so did you also order any pods, for which you would also have had to pay post & packing . If points have been removed and you have not ordered anything suggest you email dolce gusto to find out why.

Personally I received voucher this am, and have also logged onto website to check my points and still have my 400, in fact added another 20 today from 2 boxes of pods which i have just finished. Hope you get this sorted.

Just checked as well, and I too have now got Fruitabu in my invites whereas I didn't yesterday! Well worth a check if you have not had an invite already.

I'd love to know how they work out who gets what. Yes there's the tier system, but I signed up when they first launched, got a no smoking thing...yet I don't smoke.

Not heard anything since, even when checking on a daily basis. It really is irritating..
