Same here did my first buzz last night this morning 5 points taken off.x

That always happens. I don't know why they don't give it a week before taking 5 points of if you haven't submitted a bzz report. You won't have even received the product before they take the points off.

Me too, 5 points gone. I only applied to do the campaign yesterday ! This is a joke !

If you look on page 4 of the agent upgrades in depth it tells you you get -5 for any campaign that you have not submitted a Bzz report on. You get the points back and an additional 10 when you have your first Bzz report for that campaign accepted. It's to stop people taking the products and not reporting back.

I guess once they have something to Bzz where too many of us fit the profile, by taking the points straight away it would also stop the same people getting the campaigns over and over as those with higher points get asked first.

It's just a shame that so many tier 2 and above have not fitted the profile for these 2 and really new people have had them instead. I enjoyed the campaigns last summer, I did 4 of them but I've had none of these but my OH has had both and he joined last week!

Please do not panic about points removal, once you have submitted a report and have it approved, within a further 24 hours your score will be boosted by +10. I also originally panicked about this for my first trial and emailed them, apparently have to subtract 5 from everone at start as no other way to do it ( i.e tech guys have not worked out a programme) but will definately end up with +10 once have submitted approved Bzz and given them chance to update the website for your specific login.

I'm new to Bzz(Couple of weeks). I filled in my initial surveys and have had the welcome pack. But there's nothing else to do. I will keep checking back, but you would think they would at least let people not in campaigns view the buzz reports, but the only campaign in my spectator section is for Nectar(already finished and a site glich according to the tech).

I lost 5 points today so e-mailed Jono. This is the reply I got:

Thanks for your email. No, worries! When you first sign up for a campaign you get -5 Participation points. When your report gets approved your score will go to 10! So you will get 10 points as soon as it gets approved; you don't get points just first submitting it. So as soon as it gets looked at and gets approved your points will go from -5 to 10! Have a Beeautiful day!
