i got the email saying they are doing a survey a week untill when ever they say they arnt doing that lol

Is it just me getting failure notices on any emails sent to bzz now?

I did the Intuition razor one and was supposed to do the activa campaign but they sent out of date vouchers and then decided that instead of sending new vouchers they would get you to print them off the site which is fine if you have a printer. I emailed them to tell them I didn't have a printer and they cheekily asked if I could use someone else's!!! I said I could not and could they send them by post. Had no reply and no vouchers so couldn't do the trial. Finally got a reply after complaining again saying they would note that I was unable to do the trial!!!! Didn't seem very well organised!!!! Shame as the first trial was good.

I also had the coffee survey!!

Whenever they send me an email to say I have a survey I never had one. It's happened about 3 times now, each time I've logged in and nothing there. I've checked and re-checked to make sure. I've never bothered to email them as I've tried before, I wrote a really massive email about some problem, and they never replied.

I gave up on these a while ago, couldn't be hassled with it. Doesn't seem like it's going how they intended. I only did the intuition razor one which was good, but not really my thing. If I'm happy with a product I talk about it anyway, free or not.
But glad to see things might be moving again.
