hehe Adam.so far ive spent approx 30hrs responding to reports and only given out one 5 and about three 4s. just cram as much info in as poss, add a little humour and tell us exactly what happened! although i guess it does also depend on the luck of the draw of who is grading ur report, i sometimes think im kinder grading reports than some other people!

I have never had a 4, it's always been either a 3 or a 5!

I know the feeling, I had one and been asked to do no-more I've filled out all the surveys and now they seemed to have stop coming! It's so annoying when I'm so willing to do them!
