so far i have done 9 Campains and submitted a total of 117 reports. Im on Tier 4

I've just joined Bzzagent but it says there are no campaigns at the moment: do I have to do anything before they come up, or just wait? (ie is there a detailed lifestyle thing to complete like on some survey sites?)TIA

Check the site for new campaigns every few days...and thats it Some people seem to get an email offering them entry into new campaigns and some dont, so its best to check the site.
You could do the Agent Training section to get into the swing of things.

They want real feedback, if it cut you, let them know.It wont change your score, just put in all the details.

I've had negative feedback as well about the razors and reported it. Still got 3 points as normal.
