help please with puddings for 20 using greens mixes

hi could any one give me any help i have family down am on a budget got mains sorted with free pizza garlic bread jacket spuds and home grown salad
need to sort pudding out i have lots of the greens mixes from the vouchers, like lemon meringue , egg custard, creme caramel and cheesecake. would like to make them nicer as a bit boring
have lots of homemade jam and jars of pears also some fresh berries and currants in the garden i have a few pastry cases and can buy a few bits but am trying to keep the cost down
any ideas will be very much apreciated thanks

make a berry and currant coulis to go with the cheesecake and creme caramel.

Eg, bread and butter pudding using their egg custard mix
