Terms and Conditions

1.No purchase is necessary.

2. Entries must be submitted online or via post. To enter by post, send full name, address & telephone number to: Act of War Competition, Content, ntl house, Thomas More Square, 17 Thomas More Street, London, E1W 1YE.

3. All entries must be received by ntl by 12pm 30 April 2005. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt.

4. Only one entry per person.

5. ntl shall collate the entries and the winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 1 May 2005. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Winners will be notified by 1 May 2005. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternative winner may be selected at ntl's discretion. In the event that a winner declines his or her prize, ntl may elect, at its discretion, to select an alternative winner.
