    Another question; I've noticed some people on the Insolvency Register have their address listed as 'last known address' but in the date of birth field it says "information not available" - why is their date of birth not listed?

    lol why not though, surely if someone is BR or on an IVA then it would be known? It says address not available for me, yet my address is actually witheld.

    Probably creditor petitions where information can be less than forthcoming

    Can a creditor petition someone into an IVA? There are many of those where the dates of birth are not available.
