Agency working - HCA / Nurse

Currently I work for the NHS and I would be a foul to give that up, but I'm also on two agency books A24 & NHSP.

I like the idea of working for an agency full time, I've met a few who do it and it works well for them. I'm just scared that I won't get many hours but I would be 99% flexible but wouldn't have to work nights. It would just mean some weeks having to work maybe 6 days in case the next week I only worked a few days. Also if I went into Nurse training I wouldn't have a trust to fund me.

This is what I'm really looking to do when I move to the south coast in a few years, but unsure about now while in London.

A24 has the best pay but NHSP has NHS pensions.

Anyone work full time for an agency or even one of these?
