what do you use your pigsback vouchers on?

I've had two cd wow vouchers, 2 leisure vouchers (possibly 3) and a john lewis voucher so far. Got Cd's I wanted and leisure vouchers went with the ones I got from ipoints too and they all funded 2 nights in a travel inn at the end of our honeymoon last summer.
John Lewis one - hmm not sure yet.
What I try and do is use the vouchers I get (and boots etc points) to treat myself to things I wouldn't normally be able to justify spending money one. I've just got myself a few dvds and cds from amazon as i've been saving up amazon vouchers from rpoints, valued opinions and a few others - could have got cash from some of them or used the vouchers for presents but felt good to have something I wanted (but didn't really need) and knowing how hard I'd worked for the vouchers meant I was very careful choosing what I picked

I usually get the Boots voucher and treat myself but this time I have gone for John Lewis. Need to get some stuff for my kitchen so will use them on that and maybe a nice bottle of wine from Waitrose.Moved to Denmark for FIRE by Aug 2025 “May your decisions reflect your hopes not your fears”

not a DFWer but thought i'd chip in anyway - ima student on abudget, which is the next best thing

so far, OH and i have collected nearly £80 in PB vouchers between us, all of which have been cashed in as leisure vouchers. we gave £30 to B&SIL as a christmas present, so that they cant treat themselves to a day/night out (impossible to buy for so they usually get vouchers of some kind).
the rest oh and i are saving for ourselves. we havent decided how to spend them yet - hotel, holiday, meals, day trips etc, but they will sure come in handy as a means of entertainment when we're too skint to pay for such things out of our own pocket :j
i dont see the point in boots/arcadia voucers peronally.. neither of us shop in dotty ps/ topshop/ burton, and i have soo many points on my boots advantage card i fear i'll never have to pay cash for toiletries again
if only they'd do next gift vouchers :rotfl: know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -
I used to be able to spend £50 in boots without ever really thinking about it.
Now I havent paid for shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or expensive haircolouring for 4 months - all free!0 -
first half of the year I get arcadia vouchers and use them to buy clothes, second half of the year I get boots vouchers and use them to get christmas presents when the 3 for 2 offers are on. I also try to save a couple for the jan sales to get some birthday presents/next christmas presents. Last year I think I worked out that with £70 of boots vouchers I got almost £220 worth of items using them this way. I was well chuffed

So Far I have only had 20.00 Boots Vouchers but sold them on ebay. I would rather have the money (albeit a bit less than full voucher price, but its still free cash) than have a particular voucher. Not sure about the next ones though, may go for something more specific.0

I've had £10 in boots and spent it on myself, and a £10 Arcardia that I also spent on myself!
