Help with a tele number

Hiya
My hubby had a missed call today from 0203 475 3568 today. Now he has entered some comps but also is applying for jobs (we are in the Midlands). I cant find who this number could be and when I call it rings and rings then says person at extension 2377283 is not available and to leave a message after the tone. I havent left a message though as I wasnt the one who had the missed call but he may have to later
Any ideas if this could be a comp? I believe ITV are 0207 but heres hoping as seems 0203 is new extended version of 0207 etc
