Does anyone know of a mortgage company that will take car allowance into the income multiplers?

many of the main lenders will allow this, either all or part of it - source the product you want first and then ask again if that lender will do it.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser code of conduct. Looking at the Nationwide, can get what we need without the allowance, but with it, makes the figures look better. Does anyone know how strict the lending criteria is, looking to get a decision in principle, but a bit scared of pressing that button.
Looked at equifax this morning and it gave an excellent credit score (I know this can be different for each lender, so not taking it too seriously. No major credit problems, been in current job 6 months, with continuous emplyment before, only slight area is a couple of late payments over 6 months ago and only been on electrol roll at current address 2 years. Need to get out of renting so desperate to get something.0 -
