I am pretty sure the Derby and Liverpool one was for the same company.
I have heard things will go off my file in 6 years so the ones from 2007 should go off by next year if this is correct- any help or advice from people would be great..
Also i have numerous paydays loans and they don't seem to be on their.

You might find some of your payday loans are on one of your agency credit reports (wonga report to experian) and some pd lenders don't report until you default.
It would be very unlikely that there are 2 CCJs for a single debt.
The debts do drop off your file 6years after the default date.
Have you been paying anything towards your CCJs over recent years? Are you in a position to do so? If you have current payday loans then it would sound like you perhaps don't?
You might want to consider speaking to one of the debt charities about your financial position and talking through your options.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
