The link given in the post is a correct and valid link (if somewhat out-of-date)

It's very easy to spoof a link address in an email.

For example, have a look here:http://www.itv.com
    Spot anything odd?

If you have cut and pasted from your email program you've probably copied the text which the fraudster want to appear in the email, not the actual link.

To see the real link, hover over the link without clicking it, and it usually shows in the bottom bar of your browser or email program. alternatively use your email program or provider's menus to view the headers which will show the real link (for example in google mail it's "show original"). The real link will be shown just before the apparent link address.

    Then report it here http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/
and email to phishing@cityoflondon.police.uk and phishing@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk,

Sorry if this sounds a bit patronising, I'm just trying to explain.
We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.
The earth needs us for nothing.
The earth does not belong to us.
    We belong to the Earth
