I wanna insure my ipod against water damage

I have an ipod. I don't have a phone or even a TV, (when things break I can't afford to replace them). My ipod means a lot to me.
Its not insured at the moment, I have been very careful with it- it lives in a case and I have a screen protector..etc but it isn't insured. I want to get it insured but most providers will not cover water damage. I don't have home insurance because there isn't much point. I have a very old computer and an old radio. I have a new ipod. I think paying inexcess of £30 a month insurance for a studio flat (what I seem to get quoted) is a bit much and I'm hoping if I just cover the ipod things wont be as expensive.
Does anyone have any places I can check out? Where to look or places with good reputations? It needs to cover water damage as the way I see it, water damage is just as likely as a smashed screen when you live in a rainy town with concrete streets!
