Writing a will

Having recently retired (early) I have been reviewing all my financial affairs.
It has been suggested that to minimise any IHT issues I should make some changes to the ownership of our house and amend our wills to include a discretionary trust.
Can anyone give me some idea of the approximate costs for :-
Changing from 'Joint' ownership to 'Tenants in common'
Drawing up two new wills
Creating the trust
Preparing two 'Powers of Attorney'
Is there anything else I have missed
