MMM, so you get the picnic hamper originally £29.99, seen these cheaper about £15.00
6 packets of sweets from thorntons originally £29.99, These can be bought in store at Thorntons cheaper.
3 jars of jam 2 apple juice and a cider viniger £27.99 Thats really expensive jam and juice.
A big bag of retro sweets £29.99, these are expensive sweets, you can purchase these from either 99p shop or £ shops.
A supprise hamper with god know what in £49.99, yeah right......., might as well burn £10 notes.....
6 jars of preserve £29.99, more really expensive preserve.....

There is no way all this cost £197.44:eek:, let alone the fake bargain price of £69.99,
Sorry op but it looks like you only get 1 hamper basket with a load of over priced food.....
not for me tho, times are hard enough without me shelling out for vastly over priced food that can be bought cheaper....:D

does that mean if your not one of the 15 you have to pay £197? Seems a good deal for £79 for 12 but i darent risk it, its alot of money for me.

When it says add a 2nd deal is it another 6 you get or do you have to choose only 1 of the hampers

It doesnt make it very clear at all

Seems like a good deal to me so have ordered as will make some nice presents (assuming I can resist using all the stuff myself!). I went for the 2 deal as this makes it under £7 per hamper but even just going for the 6 its under £12 a hamper which in my opinion is well worth it! I agree the stuff isn't worth the rrp but seems certainly worth this deal price :) P&P is only £2.99 and they phoned my up shortly after ordering to confirm that my first 2 hampers will be sent out this week.
    Thanks OP!

Thanks so much for this post. I placed an order for 2 deals - the second being only an extra £10 so £79.99 plus postage in total.

I've just had a call from the company confirming that my first two picnic hampers should be with me early next week. I asked if all of the goods come in the wicker hampers as shown and they do!

I will receive 14 hampers (if you include the two free sweet ones) for a total of around £80. They may be a little overpriced at the original prices but with this offer they work out as under £6 each (if, as I did, you buy two lots).

....a fantastic deal for me as I can use them as gifts - thanks op :)

Seems like a really good deal, especial if you go for 2. I am really trying to be good and resist though as I really don't need any of it
  • Hi Jeppy,

I only mentioned it and asked for confirmation after reading post 6. I too, did expect the wickwr hampers but just wanted to be certain. x

Thank you OP - hoping to save some of these towards the end of the year for xmas gifts - at less than £6 each well worth it even if the RRP is overstating the actual value
  • Their actual shop is just down the road from me (literally). I might pop in and see exactly what you get!

Look forward to hearing what you find out as I am also seriously considering ordering. Thank you.
