I ordered 2 pairs of a 14 and 2 of a 16 as am between sizes at the moment. Got a bit carried away and ordered a couple of nice tops too ;-). Am a new customer so used a £10 off order over £50 code and have tracked my order as 'received at hub' yesterday morning so hoping they are coming tomorrow. Was a bit worried after placing my order as it looked like they don't offer free returns and that I should have purchased a pre-paid return at the time of ordering (which I didn't see!) or I will have to pay £3.99 for Collect+ or I could take them to a post office and pay them to send them back or lastly take them to a store (which I don't have local to me) and they will give me vouchers or an exchange only!! As I only want 2 of the jeans it won't be worth me doing any of these and I have noticed now that they have free delivery and returns on orders over £50 but you have to use a code that I didn't use? Can anyone confirm this for me.

got my 2 size 14s and they are stunning,ordered the standard and the skinny they are quite high waisted (hides my jelly belly) and a little baggy in the bum but they will probably shrink a bit in the wash!

I would phone or email them and say that you forgot to use the code but would like to return some of your order but keep the rest - they might be able to do something for you? I got one free in my parcel but it was part of the £1 p&p deal.

On another note - I am really pleased with my jeans - they sit comfortably on my waist (I hate hipsters!) and fit well around the back. I am normally a 16 and ordered in a 16 - so I would say that my 2 pairs are pretty true to size. They do smell of vinegar though so I will be washing before wearing!!!! In fact, I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable pair of jeans! Well happy - and pleased to hear others are too :-)

14's and 16's still available in all 3 leg lengths....now do I buy another pair.....?!!

Grrr I recieved a parcel from yours today but it wasn't my size 16 jeans, it was a black & white dress in size 26! I wonder if they're trying to tell me something.....
There was a collect+ label in the parcel so I will try and return tomorrow but im not paying for return postage!

After an hour one of the diamonties had fallen off, today a few look like they will come adrift.
However for £5 or under they are fine, a bit on the bigger side of my normal 14s but will wash and see how I get on.
I ordered 3 pairs and will keep them : )

Bummer - I need to return my size 16 but didn't realise you had to take to a collection point - how antiquated.
I have the Collect+ form but unless so will take to a colection shop for me I wn't bother paying £4 at P.O.

i got my jeans today and must say they are a lovely fit bit big on waist but will prob shrink in wash, the waist line is high so will hide the unwanted bits

Mine arrived yesterday and I'm so happy with them. As already mentioned, they're a bit big around the waist, but nothing a belt won't sort out. Keeping both pairs as the 14s will give me something to aim for.
