'and would advise that you ask for your case to be referred to criminal compliance as they can look into the transferring of assets from him to his new partner, '.

Thank you to all for the input.

Have had to send off departures form and appeal form as time was running out for the month deadline. All very difficult to fill in, could only give info on forms that I have been telling CSA for the past year. Did send all copies of ex and his mrs's lovely website adverts for their various businesses - prices included!!

With regards to the criminal compliance referral, this sounds very interesting - can I just phone CSA and ask for this?

There is not harm in asking - if you explain that this is a highly likely scenario, then it is up to the Criminal Compliance team to determine if there is enough of a case to answer. Go for it.
  • Although I sympathise with some of the people here, I myself am in the middle of a feud between my partner and his ex-wife re: the csa and payments. We ere paying her £800 per month and she still wasnt happy even though I earned £1000 and he the same. She had a part-time job, and some cleaning on the side, and in the financial settlement heagreed 80/20 split in her favour they sold the house and this is what she got. She banked the money and lives in a rented 3 bed house. But jealousy stepped in and she went to the csa to get more, and now she will be getting 20% of his nett earnings and she is livid. She has now met a new bloke, he pays for everything, and to date has had 6 holidays since last November. We want whats best for those two boys and it is awful at the moment. Please remember there are blokes out there paying towards their childrens needs and quite a lot of the time the women are the devious ones. She has so far lied to inland rev about her cleaning jobs, the fact that she emptied her account of the money from the sale of the house so to gain more tax credits etc, and the fact this bloke has moved in yet we have kept a silence on this because ultimately the boys will suffer. Her new man is being chased by the csa for payments not being made for his son !!! I do hope you get things sorted xxx

You too Linneylou. Sadly there are cases as you describe, and just as many where one parent refuses to pay a penny!
