P46 - 2nd Job (1st on Unpid Maternity)

I saw on a "working mums" website a similar question which was responded by an employment lawyer stating working more than 10 days during SMP is what will stop your pay/leave. My wife is outside of MPP (Maternity Pay Period and therefore not receiving SMP).
It's working more than 10 days during Statutary Maternity LEAVE that will end her LEAVE. Nothing to do with PAY.
For the third time! I've even quoted it for you above. If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0 -

Hi. Sorry about that - there's so much conflicting info out there but I understand what you've quoted. Could I ask for you view on this info below?
We sorted out her return to work with her main employer yesterday. She "returns to payroll" on 1st Sept, then because of her accrued leave and part time week this pushes her 1st day back to work to the 13th Oct. She's then decided to take parental leave while we get our son into nursery (she can only take 3 weeks of this due to her part time status) - this puts her actual walking into work date as 11th Nov. Therefore is the Statutory Maternity Leave period finished as of 31st August (this would be 52 weeks off of work) - she would therefore only be doing this new 2nd local very part time job during August and we estimate she'll only do 8 days (i.e. below 10) meaning that shed still strictly be within the rules (as during Sept / Oct she's no longer in Maternity leave)? Her company have said in writing (email) that they are ok for her to have this 2nd part time job (in her industry/job as airline cabin crew this is fairly normal).
Thanks in advance - appreciate all the advice.0
