Pro Rata contracts

Can anyone help me please?
I started a new pro rata contract in April. It is based on a 28 hour week paid. From April - Oct I work a 40 a week and from Nov-March I work 12 hours a week, averaging out to 28 hours across the year.
My pay is the same each month throughout the year. I work longer hours in the summer to accommodate the winter hours.
I am looking to give a 1 month notice at the end of August am I entilted to all the additional hours I have been working and not been paid for?

That ought to be in your written particulars of employment. Have a look.
Of course you should be paid for the hours actually worked. You also need to look at holiday entitlement.0
