I got vouchers in the post as well. I get a mailing from Boots Advantage card about every three months or so.

Thanks jo_b, I'd already tried this earlier in the week, and after going to fetch my advantage card to type in the number, when you submit that didn't seem to go anywhere either, so gave up on that and thought I'd try the machine - hence the freebies they decided to give me - lol! I'm assuming demand has once again outstripped ability to supply.........I'll keep trying.

Sorry about my whinging but I just get annoyed that i cannot get all the offers and freebies from the macine - the problem about telling Boots about is is that I have been advised to write to the higher powers that be within hq and i dont know how to write to say someone like a retail director without it sounding either like a whinge or a plea for freebies so hence have yet to let Boots know.

I don't think there's anything they can do about my other problem which is Lack of Meal Deals anyway, sigh.

Perhaps a kind person on this forum en route to the library this morning can find a name for a Boots MD and an appropriate address for you?

I had to do this once, fidn a name for a MD for Thomas Cook, took a while to sort out but I did get a result in the end.

I seem to get a mailing from them about once a month! Don't know why. Three others in the household have cards but I'm the only one who gets the vouchers!?
