how long will a puff pastry tart last without refrigeration?
I am planning to cook 2 veg tarts (1. spinach and feta and 2. tomato, mozzarella, basil) tomorrow lunchtime and I will be camping until Friday with no fridge. Do you think the tarts will last until lunchtime Thursday? I am also talking other foods which needs to be eaten by Wednesday so am wondering if it is worth going through all the hassle of making the darn tarts?
Please advise

I would probably eat them but I'm not very fussy! I would freeze one and take it frozen so that it is defrosting in the coolbag and keeping other things cold. Use plenty of icepacks (also frozen bottles of water help too).0
