Longley Farm yoghurts are amazing. They are the best yoghurts I've ever tasted and they're only about 32p. The vanilla one is gorgeous, as is blackcurrant. The packaging looks cheap but they are very thick and creamy. I looked into making my own with Easyo but Longley Farm worked out cheaper.0

Lidl do gorgeous individual pots of fruit yoghurts for 27p each in a range of flavours. They are thick and creamy with big bits of fruit. Their Greek yoghurt is the best in town too and a bargain at £1.89 (?) a kilo pot. I never buy yoghurt anywhere else.Val.0

I used to buy 6 Tesco yogurts (not Value) for around 90p - £1, then the price started creeping up. Now I buy a large pot of Basics/Value for 55p and open a tin of fruit and make up portions in plastic sealable pots and keep them in the fridge.

Lancashire Farm yoghurt £1 for 1kg. comes in a handy reusable bucket! I decant mine into old nutella jars for work and add smartprice or value dried fruit, or whatever whoopsy fruit I have in the fridge. It takes seconds to prepare.
If you don't have an asda near you all the asian supermarkets do yoghurt in large quantities for cheap prices and its never fat free!0 -

I had forgotten about Longley farm yogurts, I used to eat these when I was younger as we lived quite near the farm in Holmfirth and they sold them on our town market. I buy their cottage cheese when I see it. Which supermarkets do their yogurts?0 -
from the look of mysupermarket it's Sainsburys only and limited range:

I bought the peach Lidl equivalent the other day and it was delicious.downshifted wrote: »Greek yogurt from Lidl is delicious and cheap - add your own flavourings :-)
Yes, it comes in a tub I think, I bought it once, very nice, must get some more.VfM4meplse wrote: »Asda do 1L pots of a mild natural (and thick) yoghurt for £1. Mix it with some ripe fruit for a tasty snack.
I've seen it in there, will buy some next time I go.
I've got into jelly for the first time since I was a child, really cheap to make into individual tubs and refreshing to eat on a hot day. Have bought one in each flavour, will keep me going until autumn.0 -
went in to Lidl looking at yoghurt and was dismayed to find "glucose fructose syrup" as an ingredient on the fruit yogs, Greek seemed to be ok.This is also known as High Fructose corn syrup which I am avoiding like the plague.0
