re-charges on house

Hi Guys, My daughter and partner are splitting, accrimoniously.
I,ve paid off all her CC debts and removed 1 ccj, and 1 charge on the house.in her name.
The house is on the market, how does one find out if any more charges are on the house, in her partners name, or even her own, that she may be unaware of.
Nothing shows on 3 cedit reports, only the 1 ccj.
Her partner claims he,s paid a solicitor to check but he,s not reliable, making life hell. The 1 charge I removed was via the company and court and land registry.
Any help would be grateful. Thanks

Check on land registry. I think it will cost you £2-£4 and it will tell you there.

hi dave, thanks for reply.it,s £4, but without actually getting in, it doesn,t mention "charges" .price paid, valuation, owner, etc.yes.
that was my opinion, but wasn,t certain charges would be on.
didn,t want to blow £4 IF IT,S NOT THERE
    I will try it:beer:

Essentially it will show you anyone with a charge on the property.

I would suggest your daughter obtaining her Equifax and Experian record and ensuring there are no other joint accounts.

Not sure if land registry will show you price paid etc. usually I rely upon my solicitor for all this information if needed..

Zoopla or Rightmove will show you price paid, neither will show you mortgage value though...

Hi, when I have accessed for my clients in the past, there is a charges section.

Perhaps you havent looked in the right place, know it can be confusing!

I would be exactly the same do not worry, although I do have a few years before we get these issues (I hope)

If you uncover any other nasties, remember credit cards are only ever in the lead name. An extra cardholder means nothing, only the primary name is responsible...

    Good luck

Thanks Leeaquila, put my mind at rest now.
He said he paid solicitor £130 to find I,d removed my daughters, I thought the £4 fee would suffice, but wasn,t 100% sure.No need for solicitor.
    Just wanted to be sure.
