Ticket refund

I went to the olympic tennis at Wimbledon and due to rain and lack of play, I received an E Mail to advise that my visa card would be refunded ticket costs. Problem is that I changed my bank about 6 months ago. I've searched on olympic site for info and also rang the olympic tel number several times. After hanging on to speak to someone for over 5 minutes each time, the phone line gets disconnected.

Has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone offer anyone advice. They can't refund the card as the account is cancelled. Will they eventualy contact me to ask for new visa details ?

i sold some back a while ago my card had ended inbetween eventually they sent me a letter to take to the post office and they gave me cash there and then
