How much should I receive?

Hi there, hope you can help.
I have a child with my ex partner and we have a reasonably amicable relationship. He also has another child with
another ex partner.
He keeps my child usually 2 night one week and 3 night the other. He keeps his other child 2 nights per month. Occasionally during holidays, he keeps them extra.
I estimate he earns about £14000-£15000 per year from his full time job, but he also has a part time job which I don't know how regular is income is. I could guess perhaps an extra £100 a month?
Can you tell me what I should expect to receive in terms of maintenance? The fact he pays for another child not in his care is what's confusing me.
Many thanks.

Are you planning on using the CSA? is the other child part of a CSA case or i one or both going to be private arrangements?0

Approx £18-20/week as a rough estimate. ie approx £36-£40 divided by the two children he is responsible for.
If you want the CSA's version of the answer (which is usually wrong, due to their gross incompetence), make a claim.
You risk a decision which is less than you are getting, so that's the gamble.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -

Im not planning on going through the CSA. Just wanted to check what the difference would be between what he pays and what I should receive, so I could approach him about with a bit more back up if necessary.
I think he pays through CSA for his other child, though I know he was paying more than double to them than what he pays us.
Thanks for the reply.0
